What to do when you arrive...

~please silence your cell phone

~enter quietly...speak softly...there may already be other people present, easing into their sanctuary experience

~if we are attending to someone, it may take a moment for one or both of us to greet you...know that you are lovingly welcomed

~if it is your first time to the sanctuary, please take a moment to complete the Client Intake form which you will find on a clipboard on the small cherry desk to your right as you walk in the door...then offer it to the practitioner you will be working with when she greets you (if you have been to the sanctuary before, move on to the next step)

~place your payment in one of the red envelopes you will find on the small cherry desk to your right as you enter...offer it to the practitioner you will be working with when she greets you

~choose your practitioner, and your table or chair...Katryn shares her skills with the people occupying the chair and table in the back of the room...Tracie attends to those occupying the chair or table in the front of the room

~get comfortable in your chair or on your table...begin to breathe intentionally, allow yourself to settle into the nurturing energy of the room...your practitioner will be with you in moments

~your session will last approximately 35 minutes...as your session draws to a close, your practitioner will gently assist you towards full awareness

~take a moment to schedule your next sanctuary session

~leave quietly, knowing we are grateful to be of service
